No returns on bicycles.  Bicycles are serviced and tested before listing to sell.  If for any reason you (the customer) are not satisfied with the function or operation (mechanical) of the bicycle, please let us know and we will service and correct and/or adjust the problem, at no additional cost to you. 

If the bicycle has been damaged by the customer (other than the frame), we will service and repair and/or replace any mechanical parts at the expense of the customer.
