We are Bobby's Bicycle Repair and Sales (Community Bike Shop), and we believe every child deserves the joy, freedom, and health benefits of riding a bicycle. Cycling isn’t just fun—it’s a Healthy Way of Life.

That’s why we are launching “Pedal Forward: Bikes for Kids & Families”—a campaign to repair bicycles, provide safety gear, and purchase new bikes for children and families in our community.

We are raising funds to repair bicycles and purchase new ones for the children and families in need, so every child has the joy, freedom, and health benefits of riding a bike.

• Promote health & wellness through cycling.

• Teach bike safety awareness for children and families.

• Provide access to bicycles for those in need.

• Create opportunities for youth to learn repair skills and earn points toward their own bicycle.

We are excited to partner with local bike shops, schools, churches, and youth organizations to make this vision possible.

💡 How Your Support Helps

Your donations go directly toward repairs, safety gear, and new bicycles:

Use of Funds:

• $20,000 – Equipment upgrades (repair tools, stands, parts inventory).

  • $10,000 – Purchase of new bikes and helmets for Pedal Forward.

  • $8,000 – Community outreach & safety education events.

  • $7,000 – Staffing and volunteer training.

  • $5,000 – Marketing, signage, and campaign promotion

Every contribution helps a child ride safely, confidently, and joyfully.

Funding Channels:

• Grant applications (health & wellness, youth development, transportation).

• Community crowdfunding campaign.

• Corporate and local business sponsorships.

• In-kind donations (bike/parts donations).

Financial Projections (3-Year)

• Year 1 Revenue: $85,000 (repair services, bike sales, small grants).

• Year 2 Revenue: $110,000 (expanded sales + Pedal Forward sponsorships).

• Year 3 Revenue: $140,000 (steady growth, larger grants, recurring donations).

Projected net positive cash flow by end of Year 2, with Pedal Forward fully funded annually.
